Cook Biotech’s portfolio leverages the regenerative properties of porcine small intestinal submucosa. Its biomaterials have been used for areas including nerve repair and cardiovascular care.
RTI Surgical’s products have been used for spine and orthopedic applications, along with dental and urology cases.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of this year.
