OssiGraft Prime used in first orthopedic case

Ossium Health’s OssiGraft Prime was used in its first successful case, the orthobiologic company said July 30.

The first case was an arthroscopic ankle fusion, according to a news release. OssiGraft Prime is derived from donors with a median age of 35 and a maximum age of 55, and it has a high composition of cancellous bone to promote faster bone regeneration.

OssiGraft Prime is available nationwide to orthopedic surgeons.
