Orthobiologics company Bioventus on June 25 launched its Signafuse bioactive bone graft in a strip format.

Four things to know:

1. Signafuse was initially launched in 2014 as a putty.

2. The strip format hydrates quickly and provides handling properties for intraoperative flexibility.

3. Bioventus designed the strips for multilevel procedures and complex surgical cases such as spinal deformity correction.

4. The product will be available in the U.S. in the third quarter.
