Atreon Orthopedics, RenovoDerm merge

Atreon Orthopedics and RenovoDerm have merged, according to a May 19 news release.

Together the companies will leverage a comprehensive platform of synthetic biomaterial products, expanded clinical indications across orthopedic care and unified Autobiologic technology.

“This merger accelerates our ability to transform how surgeons approach the complexities of achieving durable tissue repair,” Ronald Bracken, CEO, Atreon Orthopedics, said in the release. “By combining Atreon’s leadership in tendon‑to‑bone healing with RenovoDerm’s advancements in complex wound reconstruction, we are creating a powerful platform that elevates performance, consistency and clinical versatility in a vast array of surgical applications.”

Atreon is known for its synthetic scaffolds, and RenovoDerm is known for its Phoenix wound matrix.
