2. He currently serves as a strategic human capital consultant for Anika. Previously, Mr. Finnerty served as senior vice president of human resources at Smith & Nephew.

 

3. Mr. Finnerty is equipped with 25 years of global human resource team experience.

 

4. He specializes in talent acquisition and development, executive coaching and employee engagement.
