ORHub bought 100 percent of the equity interest and assets of Pur Biologics, according to an April 25 news release. ORHub, based in Irvine, Calif., creates digital automation tools for health systems.
The acquisition is aimed to advance autologous cell and cellular derived therapeutics for spine and orthopedic conditions, the release said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
