Dr. Anderson is board certified and an expert in spine trauma and complex cervical spine disorders. His research specialties include spinal fixation implants, basic research in disc regeneration and the development of an artificial cervical disc.
“We apply new technologies, but we also look at new technologies with some cynicism,” said Dr. Anderson, “In that, we are not going to apply them unless they are proven and unless they have a sound scientific purpose because we are always involved in scientific investigations.”
Dr. Anderson earned his medical degree at Wayne State University in Detroit. He completed his residency at Wayne State University and a fellowship in spine surgery at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
