Marc Pietropaoli, MD, president of Victory Sports Medicine, purchased land for a planned expansion in January 2009. However, citizen group Citizens to Preserve the Rural Character of Skaneateles have fought those plans, arguing certain features of the planned facility, including its bright lights, would impose itself on surrounding neighborhoods.
The Town Zoning Office will continue to received public feedback about the proposed expansion and will issue a ruling later this month.
