Prospira PainCare Acquires Two Pain Practices

Bay Area Pain & Wellness Center in San Francisco, The Spine Center of Southeast Georgia and Brunswick (N.J.) Pain Treatment Center signed definitive agreements with Prospira PainCare.

Prospira acquired BAPWC after acquiring the other two providers in August. The Spine Center of Southeast Georgia is a comprehensive neurosurgery and pain management practice and Brunswick Pain Treatment Center is its affiliated ambulatory surgery center dedicated to pain procedures. BAPWC is a pain management physician practice.

Prospira acquires and partners with pain practices across the country.
