Dr. Answorth Allen Performs Knee Surgery on New York Knicks’ Ronnie Brewer

Ronnie Brewer, shooting guard for the New York Knicks, underwent arthroscopic surgery to repair a meniscus tear in his left knee, according to an ESPN report.

Answorth Allen, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery, performed the procedure. Mr. Brewer will be out of play for approximately six weeks.
