AxoGen Announces Nerve Allograft for Peripheral Nerve Repair & Reconstruction

AxoGen announced its Avance Nerve Graft, a processed nerve allograft for surgical repair and reconstruction of peripheral nerve segmental defects, will be featured at the American Society for Surgery of the Hand annual meeting.

The Avance Nerve Graft eliminates the need for a second surgery to harvest the patient’s own nerve tissue for use in the repair. The company will sponsor educational events, such as a workshop, at the meeting.
