Dr. Wiemi Doughi Performs Elbow Surgery on Nationals Pitcher Henry Rodriguez

Wiemi Douoguih, MD, an orthopedic surgeon and director of sports medicine at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., has performed elbow surgery on Nationals pitcher Henry Rodriguez, according to a Washington Post report.

Mr. Rodriguez underwent the surgery to remove a bone spur in his right throwing elbow. He will return to play in time for spring training.
