ProSports Orthopedics specializes in orthopedic sports medicine, joint replacement and spine care. The company has signed a 10-year lease for 17,000-square feet. Spaulding Outpatient is relocating to the New Balance complex and signed a 10-year lease for 7,000-square-feet.
New Balance is looking to build a new headquarters, sports complex, hotel, commuter rail station, offices, shops and restaurants on adjacent property. The athletic apparel company has set the completion date for its six-phase project at 2017.
