Dr. Tongco earned his medical degree from the University of the East in the Philippines. He completed his internship at Air Force General Hospital, also in the Philippines, and his residency in family medicine at St. Luke’s Hospital in Maumee, Ohio. Dr. Tongco also completed specialty training in sports medicine at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit.
