Tampa-based Florida Orthopaedic Institute has named Justin Blohm its next COO, according to an Oct. 14 LinkedIn post.
Mr. Blohm previously served as vice president of the Musculoskeletal Center and Service Line at HSS at NCH, an orthopedic collaboration between New York-based Hospital for Special Surgery and Naples (Fla.) Comprehensive Health.
During his three years with the program, Mr. Blohm helped build an orthopedic hospital campus that now has hundreds of employees and more than a dozen surgeons, the post said.
Before joining HSS at NCH in October 2023, he served as chief administrative officer of Fort Myers, Fla.-based Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida, according to the post. He also previously held CEO and COO roles at Bay Street Orthopaedics & Spine in Petoskey, Mich.
A start date was not disclosed.
