Honolulu-based Hawaii Pacific Health acquired All Access Ortho, an orthopedic urgent care provider.
WaveEdge Capital served as exclusive sell-side mergers and acquisitions adviser to All Access Ortho in connection with the transaction. Financial terms and a transaction closing date were not disclosed, according to an Oct. 1 news release.
All Access Ortho provides orthopedic urgent care for injuries that do not require treatment at a trauma center. Darryl Kan, MD, and Gary Blum, MD, principals of the orthopedic group, will continue working with Hawaii Pacific Health.
