Noblesville-based Indiana Orthopedic Institute has named Jennifer Worthy as chief operating officer.
Ms. Worthy brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience spanning orthopedic and multispecialty physician practices, ASCs, specialty hospital operations and physical therapy.
She most recently served as executive vice president of revenue optimization for Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company, where she directed revenue cycle transformation across its national network of orthopedic providers.
Before HOPCo, Ms. Worthy held leadership roles at WebPT, Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare and Brunswick, Maine-based Mid Coast Hospital. Earlier in her career, she held a leadership role with Central Maine Orthopaedics in Auburn, a private orthopedic practice with 30 providers, outpatient physical therapy and an ASC.
