Mr. Berkman injured his knee during a game earlier this week and originally intended to have the procedure performed by Tom Clanton, MD, in Vail, Colo. However due partially to logistics he decided to undergo arthroscopic surgery performed by Dr. Adickes in his hometown of Houston, according to the report.
The surgery is scheduled for May 25.
