Kinomatic opened an office in Cleveland’s Health-Tech Corridor, marking the orthopedic surgery planning and aftercare company’s first expansion beyond its California headquarters.
The 6,000-square-foot space is located in downtown Cleveland, according to a Sept. 15 news release. The company said the office will support its AI- and VR-driven orthopedic surgery planning and recovery operations.
Kinomatic also plans to develop partnerships with local universities, building on an internship program it established with Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, Calif.
The company’s AI-enabled surgical planning platform is used for orthopedic surgery planning, including implant sizing. Its recovery services focus on total knee and hip replacement surgery.
