Aspen Medical Products named Steve Paul president and separated its combined CEO and president position into two executive roles.
Jim Cloar will continue to serve as CEO, while Mr. Paul will assume responsibility for many of the company’s day-to-day operations, according to an Aug. 27 news release from the company.
Mr. Cloar will increase his focus on strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, innovation and long-term expansion opportunities.
