OrthoTexas is expanding its partnership with Resilient Healthcare to provide outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes across North Texas.

The Carrollton-based physician-led orthopedic and spine organization began using Resilient’s technology-enabled care platform in December 2025 to incorporate at-home physical therapy into orthopedic care. Eligible patients can opt in to receive one-on-one rehabilitation at home and transition to a clinic, according to an Aug. 19 joint news release shared with Becker’s.

The program is incorporated into preoperative care planning and uses rehabilitation protocols developed by OrthoTexas physicians and therapists.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
