Shoulder Innovations appoints CCO

Shoulder Innovations promoted Jon Osborne to chief commercial officer, effective Aug. 6.

Mr. Osborne most recently served as vice president of commercial development, a role he joined in September 2023. He will oversee all elements of the company’s commercial organization and work with its customer experience and medical education team to execute its commercial strategy, according to an Aug. 10 news release.

Before joining Shoulder Innovations, Mr. Osborne held several roles at Smith & Nephew from 2014 to 2023, most recently serving as vice president of commercial marketing for the Sports Medicine business in the Americas.

Earlier in his career, he worked in sales management, global marketing and general management at medical device companies including ArthroCare Corporation, Tornier USA and Team Surgical from 1998 to 2014.
