Orthofix Medical raised its full-year 2026 net sales and adjusted EBITDA guidance after reporting second-quarter sales growth across its spine, limb reconstruction and therapeutic solutions businesses.

The company reported second-quarter net sales of $210.9 million, up 4% year over year on a reported basis. Global Spine Fixation and Global Limb Reconstruction each posted double-digit constant currency growth, while Therapeutic Solutions generated $64.2 million in net sales despite temporary Medicare reimbursement cuts during part of the quarter, according to an Aug. 5 earnings call.

Orthofix increased full-year 2026 net sales guidance to $845 million to $855 million, up from its previous range of $838 million to $848 million. The company also raised its adjusted EBITDA outlook to $95 million to $98 million from $90 million to $93 million.

The company said it expects continued growth in core businesses, though productivity challenges among smaller U.S. spine distributors are expected to persist through the remainder of the year.
