Globus Medical reported $759.9 million in first-quarter net sales, a 27% increase year over year, according to financial results posted May 7.

1. Revenue gains were driven by share gains and volume strength in spine, Keith Pfeil, president and CEO said in a news release.
2. U.S. spine sales remain a growth leader as well, and that area saw its third straight 10% growth quarter, Kyle Kline, CFO, said.
3. U.S. net sales increased 25% year over year, and international sales leaped 35.6%.
4. Globus Medical saw net income of $124.3 million, a 64.7% increase year over year.
5. The company reaffirmed its full-year guidance and expects 2026 revenue to reach $3.18 billion.
