New PA Surgery Center in Brownsville Under Consideration by Best Medical International

Best Medical International, based in Springfield, Va., is considering whether to include an ambulatory surgery center in a new medical campus in Brownsville, Pa., according to a Citybiz report.

Best Medical acquired closed Brownsville Tri-County Hospital in November 2011. It plans to develop the property into Best Fayette Medical Center, a multi-use campus that will initially feature an imaging center and dialysis center.

Best Medical plans to add a proton treatment center and urgent care center, and is considering the ASC as well as a sleep lab and Wounded Warriors facility.
