Aurora Spine saw strong fourth-quarter and full year 2025 gains, according to financial results posted April 30.
Six things to know:
1. Full year revenue was $18.4 million, a 4.6$ increase from 2024.
2. Fourth-quarter revenue reached a record high of just over $5 million, up 6.8% year over year.
3. Revenue gains were due to increased sales in Aurora Spine’s Zip implants and sacroiliac fusion devices. The company also credited the release of its new facet fusion device and increased efforts in the pain management market.
4. Gross profit margins in 2025 was 61 %, up from 60.5% in 2024. This was attributed to increased sales of higher-margin implants, lower distributor commissions and lower royalty expense offset by higher shipping costs.
5. Operating expenses in 2025 were $3.1 million, slightly lower than 2024’s costs.
6. Aurora Spine saw a net loss of $40,702 in the fourth quarter of 2025.
