The two-property portfolio of Louisville (Ky.) Orthopaedic Clinic has been sold to a private real estate investor.
The portfolio includes more than 35,000 square feet of rentable space across the two medical offices, located in Louisville, Ky., and New Albany, Ind., according to an April 21 news release from Brown Gibbons Lang & Company.
Both of the offices are occupied by Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic, which is part of Baptist Health Medical Group.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BGL served as exclusive advisor to the seller in the transaction, the release said.
