Orthopedic device company Medacta Group has added hip reconstruction to its MyImplant platform.

The new hip expansion is intended to address complex acetabular reconstruction, according to an April 2 news release from the company.

MyImplant helps surgeons in complex hip cases, particularly in situations where fixation is more difficult due to extensive bone loss.

The implants are designed to support long-term stability and improve quality of life through Medacta’s 3D printing and personalization technology.

The platform originally only supported shoulder applications, the release said.

Medacta recently reported its 2025 financial results, which showed an 18.5% increase in revenue year-over-year.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
