Stryker launches new orthopedic nailing system

Stryker launched the T2 Alpha humerus nailing system, according to a Feb. 11 news release.

The system was designed with the Stryker Orthopaedic Modeling and Analytics technology and helps manage complex humerus fractures. It features an advance nail design to align with the patient’s anatomy, enhance fixation and stability and provide flexibility.

“With the T2 Alpha Humerus Nailing System, we are giving surgeons greater flexibility to treat complex humerus fractures with confidence,” Eric Tamweber, vice president and general manager of Stryker’s trauma business, said in the release. “his addition to our T2 Alpha portfolio builds on decades of surgeon collaboration and innovation, delivering solutions designed to support consistent results while driving efficiency in the operating room.”
