NY’s Endoscopy Center of Niagara Plans New Surgery Center

Endoscopy Center of Niagara (N.Y.) has applied to open a single-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Niagara, according to a Buffalo Business First report.

If approved, the $2 million, 5,900-square-foot ASC would provide gastroenterology procedures in two procedure rooms. The affiliated physicians are expected to perform more than 3,500 procedures, such as colonoscopies, in the surgery center’s first year of operations.

 

Endoscopy Center of Niagara is a joint venture that includes Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, Buffalo, N.Y.-based Kaleida Health and Endoscopy Center of Western New York in Williamsville.

 

Endoscopy Center of WNY is a joint venture between local gastroenterologists and Physicians Endoscopy.
