Cleveland Clinic has been named the official healthcare provider of the PGA Tour and PGA tour Champions through 2032.
As part of the multi-year partnership, Cleveland Clinic will provide orthopedic, sports medicine and performance services to players on-site and remotely. Its clinicians will be integrated into the PGA TOUR’s traveling player performance center, offering care across more than 60 events annually, according to a Feb.10 news release.
The partnership will also draw on Cleveland Clinic’s expertise in cardiology, neurology and performance science to support injury prevention, recovery and long-term athlete health.
In 2027, Cleveland Clinic plans to open a 210,000-square-foot Global Peak Performance Center to serve elite athletes and the public with advanced diagnostics, rehabilitation and high-tech training equipment, according to the release.
