Atlanta-based Resolve Pain Solutions has acquired Baton Rouge, La.-based Spine Diagnostic & Pain Treatment Center, a multi-location pain management practice.

As part of the deal, Spine’s physician and executive leadership, Sean Graham, MD, Joseph Turnipseed, MD, and Chase Lavigne, joined Resolve as partners. Additional physicians, advanced practice providers and staff also transitioned to the organization, according to a Jan. 14 news release.

Spine will continue to operate separately from Resolve’s existing Louisiana Pain Specialists clinics, while gaining access to shared resources and strategic support. Mr. Lavigne was named director of practice growth, and Dr. Graham will join Resolve’s physician advisory board.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
