Tetrous earns patent related to orthopedic implants

Tetrous earned a U.S. patent related to its EnFix family of demineralized cortical bone fiber implants, according to a Jan. 13 news release.

The new patent protects the application of EnFix DBF technology for enthesis reformation. The platform leverages a proprietary form of demineralized bone fiber for osteoinductivity, osteoconductivity and biolgic healing.

This is the sixth U.S. patent secured for the EnFix family of implants and their manufacturing.
