Houston Orthopedic and Spine Hospital Partners With Nimbic Systems

Houston Orthopedic and Spine Hospital, formerly Foundation Surgical Hospital, announced a partnership with Nimbic Systems for the portable Air Barrier System.

The Air Barrier System is designed to prevent deep bacteria from entering into an incision site during joint replacements. In a clinical study, the system was able to reduce bacteria at the incision sites during hip surgery by 84 percent.
