EmergeOrtho has added Ruben Torrez, MD, to its Triad Region staff.
Dr. Torrez is a sports medicine physician specializing in the nonsurgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries, according to a Sept. 12 news release from EmergeOrtho.
His specialty services include treatment of fractures, sprains and strains, sports injury prevention and concussion management.
Dr. Torrez will provide care to patients at EmergeOrtho’s Asheboro (N.C.) Orthopedic Clinic, the release said.
