Bradenton, Fla.-based Coastal Orthopedics has added Richard Puzzitiello, MD, to its staff.
Dr. Puzzitiello is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the surgical treatment of the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee, according to a news release from Coastal Orthopedics shared with Becker’s.
Dr. Puzzitiello has authored more than 100 scientific publications in peer-reviewed orthopedic journals.
In addition, he serves as a team physician for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team, the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Bradenton Marauders, the release said.
