Dr. Michael Briseño earns Barricaid Gold Center of Excellence

Michael Briseño, MD of Grapevine-based North Texas Orthopedics and Spine Center earned Intrinsic Therapeutics’ Barricaid Gold Center of Excellence designation, according to a Sept. 10 news release.

The designation recognizes consistent clinical excellence with the device, designed for high-risk discectomy patients.

Barricaid is a bone-anchored annular closure device for lumbar annular defects following limited discectomy. The Barricaid Center of Excellence program recognizes top-performing clinical teams.
