Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company added more than 110,000 new members to its musculoskeletal population health program in Arizona with a new payer.

HOPCo’s platform includes provider and patient platforms for digital engagement, a comprehensive evidence-based care delivery infrastructure and value-based care analytics and medical economics platform, according to a Sept. 3 news release.

Its Integrated Care System is designed to connect members with musculoskeletal conditions to the best treatment options through their entire episode of care.

“We continue to see great enthusiasm from payors and risk-bearing entities for HOPCo’s proven solutions that engage members and all stakeholders aligning care around evidence-based best practices across all points of the patient journey,” HOPCo’s Chief Value Officer Jason Scalise, MD, said in the release. “Our dedicated upstream PCP engagement platform combined with our statewide MSK specialty CIN, fully integrated digital engagement tools and sophisticated medical economics and analytics is far more effective than isolated point solutions. It is instead, a solution for every point of care.”
