Stryker’s CEO, Kevin Lobo, has worked with the company since 2011 and is now one of the highest-paid orthopedic medtech leaders.

1. Mr. Lobo’s compensation totaled $21.9 million in 2024.
2. Mr. Lobo joined Stryker in 2011 as group president of orthopedics. The following year he was promoted to CEO.
3. Mr. Lobo earned the Ellis Island Medal of Honor for his career at Stryker in 2023. Mr. Lobo was born in India and raised in Canada.
4. Before working at Stryker, Mr. Lobo had leadership roles with Johnson and Johnson.
5. In the last 12 months Mr. Lobo has overseen key moves from Stryker including the rollout of Mako Spine and the sale of Stryker’s U.S. spine business.
