Caldwell, Idaho-based West Valley Medical Center is expanding its orthopedic and spine services with new dedicated patient rooms, a classroom and additional team support, according to an Aug. 26 report from NBC affiliate KTVB.
The classroom will streamline preparation for surgery, allowing patients to attend one consolidated course instead of multiple appointments.
The upgrades follow a $3 million renovation completed in April that redesigned the hospital’s interior with a more open floor plan. The enhanced space reflects West Valley’s mission to deliver patient-first care through centralized consultation, education, surgery preparation and therapy services, according to the report.
