VB Spine, the company Viscogliosi Brothers formed after buying Stryker’s U.S. spine assets, grew to Australia and New Zealand.

The expansion came after completing the sale of Stryker’s spinal implants business in Australia and New Zealand, according to a July 31 news release. VB Spine formed in April after the sale of Stryker’s U.S. spinal implants.

LifeHealthcare, the distributor for Stryker’s spine business in Australia and New Zealand, will remain an exclusive partner to VB Spine.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
