Dr. Marxen lost control of his motorcycle last Thursday night and died on the scene. He was affiliated with Sharp Grossmont Hospital and Sharp Coronado Hospital in La Mesa. Dr. Marxen earned his medical degree at Medical College of Ohio and completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. His additional training includes a fellowship at Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati.
