Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons Honors Dr. Theodore Parsons for Leadership

The Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons has recognized Theodore Parsons III, MD, with the Colonel Brian Allgood Memorial Leadership Award, according to a Crains Detroit report.

Dr. Parsons is the chair of orthopedic surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He has a professional interest in orthopedic oncology. Dr. Parsons earned his medical degree at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and completed additional training in orthopedic surgery at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in Texas and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
