Frisco, Texas-based 4WEB Medical has achieved a significant milestone, wherein its proprietary Truss implant technology has been used in 100,000 procedures.
4WEB Medical developed the Truss implant technology, which delivers therapeutic strain to the site when under normal physiologic loading conditions, which results in amplification of osteogenic response, according to an April 10 news release.
The company was the first to receive 510(k) clearance for a spine implant with 3D printing technology.
