Zimmer Biomet’s CEO, Ivan Tornos, earned $15 million in total compensation in 2024, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission proxy filing.

The devicemaker’s March 29 filing revealed the compensation packages for five executives from 2022 to 2024. Compensation packages include salary, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation, bonuses and other pay.
