Charlotte, N.C.-based Novant Health partnered with MedQuest Associates to acquire 18 locations from Charlotte-based OrthoCarolina, according to an April 1 news release.
The 18 locations include three OrthoCarolina MRI locations in the Piedmont Triad region. Novant acquired the fixed and mobile MRI assets from the practice, which will continue to provide care during the transition.
Atlanta-based MedQuest will handle daily operations of the centers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
