Neurological spine surgeon David Yam, MD, has joined the Spine Center at Prosser Memorial Health in Walla Walla, Wash.
The newly opened center is intended to save patients from having to travel long distances to receive care, according to a March 18 news release from Prosser (Wash.) Memorial Health. It will offer minimally invasive spine surgery, disc replacements, surgery for lumbar disc herniation, spinal stenosis surgery, and cervical, lumbar and sacroiliac fusion.
Dr. Yam has more than 20 years of experience, specializing in minimally invasive techniques, motion preservation surgery and complex spinal procedures.
