Hawaii spine practice partners with South Korean hospital

Honolulu-based Excel Neurosurgery & Spine inked a Memorandum of Understanding with Seoul, South Korea-based Harrison Spinartus Hospital.

The partnership will focus on research, clinical practice and medical development, according to a Feb. 24 news release. The groups will collaborate in these areas with the aim of advancing neurosurgery and spine care.

Their agreement includes plans to share medical technologies, host neurosurgical residents and joint workshops and share feedback on patient outcomes.
