AAOS Adds PRP Symposium to Annual Meeting

The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons has added a new annual meeting symposium titled “Should I Use Platelet-Rich Plasma for My Patients in the Office and Operating Room?,” according to an organization report.

The symposium will discuss clinical trials using PRP. Michael J. Stuart, MD, of Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., will moderate the session. Additional surgeons participating in the symposium include:
