Ozarks Healthcare adds orthopedic surgeon

West Plains, Mo.-based Ozarks Healthcare has added Thomas Harbert, MD, to its orthopedics and spine staff.

Dr. Harbert is an orthopedic surgeon with nearly 30 years of experience, specializing in rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, fracture care and other orthopedic surgeries, according to a Jan. 28 news release from the health system.

Dr. Harbert previously served as director of sports medicine at Aberdeen, S.D.-based Northern State University for 15 years. 

Ozarks Healthcare is a nonprofit health system that serves more than 160,000 residents across Missouri and Arkansas, the release said.
